Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and driving sales growth. In addition, they will assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our online presence. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for sales and marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content and campaigns.
  • Participate in sales meetings and presentations to pitch our services and close deals.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
